Ordering

How do I place an order?
Browse our products by category or use the search bar to find what you need. Add items to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You can sign in to your account or checkout as a guest. Select your delivery preferences, enter your payment details, and confirm your order.
Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount. You can order as little or as much as you like. However, orders under £10 will incur a small delivery charge of £1.99.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your orders, save your delivery address, and view your order history for faster future checkouts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Delivery

What are your delivery times?
We deliver every day between 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM. Place your order before 5:00 PM for same-day delivery, subject to stock availability.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to select postcodes in the Hertfordshire and Greater London area, including WD3, WD17, WD18, WD19, WD25, HA4, HA5, and HA6. You can check if we deliver to your area by entering your postcode at checkout.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders of £10 or more. For orders under £10, a delivery charge of £1.99 applies.
What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
Our delivery driver will attempt to reach you by phone. If you're not available, the driver may leave the order with a neighbour or in a safe place. If delivery cannot be completed, please contact us to arrange redelivery.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
Currently, all deliveries are made within our standard delivery window of 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM. We are working on adding more flexible delivery slots in the future.

Order Tracking

How can I track my order?
You can track your order using our Track Order page. Enter your order number and the email or phone number you used when placing the order. If you have an account, you can also view your order status from your account dashboard.
I haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find the confirmation email, you can check your order status on the Track Order page, or contact us and we'll resend it.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with any item, you can request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
What if an item is damaged or missing from my order?
If any item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after your return is approved. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Can I return perishable items?
Due to the nature of fresh and perishable goods, we can only accept returns for these items if they arrive damaged or are significantly different from what was ordered. Please contact us with a photo within 24 hours of delivery.

Products & Stock

Are your products authentic?
Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from trusted suppliers. We specialise in Middle Eastern, South Asian, and international grocery products.
What if a product I want is out of stock?
Product availability is updated in real time on our website. If an item is temporarily out of stock, check back soon as we restock regularly. You can also contact us to ask about specific products.
Do you sell halal products?
Yes, we stock a wide range of halal-certified products including meat, snacks, and ready meals. Check individual product descriptions for halal certification details.

Account & Privacy

How do I create an account?
Click "Sign In" at the top of the page, then enter your email address or phone number. We'll send you a one-time login code — no password needed. Your account is created automatically on your first login.
How do I reset my login?
We use a passwordless login system, so there's no password to reset. Simply enter your email or phone number and we'll send you a fresh login code each time.
Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely. We take data protection seriously. All payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored on our servers. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.
